HOW IT WORKS Once purchased, you'll receive a link to download the Cardio Curious ABC app, where you'll find your program. Each workout includes video demonstrations of all exercises. The app has an in-built timer, so all you have to do is press start! You can also sync the app with your Apple Watch, your FitBit, and with My FitnessPal and Withings.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED You will need 1 x dumbbell for this program. Beginners: Heavy water bottle or up to 2kgs. Intermediate: 3-5kgs. Advanced: 6kgs+
